MADNESS ’09

Tracker

Keep track of all your pool entries in one place with Madness '09. Our easy-to-use bracket interface makes inputting your picks a snap. Please note all pools with multiple entries will lock once the tournament begins. Any pools with only a single entry can be used for tracking purposes and will remain unlocked.

Challenges

Create a pool of your own. Invite your friends with iPhones or iPod Touches to fill out a bracket and join the madness! Use the contact list in your iPhone or iPod Touch to send email invitations.

Invites

Manage your invitations by pressing the “Invites” button on the main nav bar. From here you may “Join” or “Decline” any pool invitation.

Scoreboard

Data about your entry appears at the bottom of the bracket screen.

Open: Picks Made / Picks Available (63)

Correct: Number of Correct Picks / Current Number of Completed Games

Rank: The current rank of your entry in the pool

Points: The current number of total points for your entry

Note: The field is announced on Selection Sunday, March 15 beginning at 5:00 PM Central. Shortly after, we will update our servers to include all the teams and seeds at which time you can begin making your picks.

Get live scores and results for all games in the 2009 NCAA Tournament!

Custom Scoring By Round

Don’t play in a traditional scoring format like 1 - 2 - 4 - 8 - 12 - 16 or 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 6? No worries. Pool managers can set custom scoring values for each round of the tournament.

Standings

Information about your pool including current rank, total points, points per round, and champion pick for each entry will be calculated and updated after each tournament game is complete.

Tiebreaker

Don’t let your pool end in a tie. All players can navigate to the Championship Game view on the bracket screen and input their prediction for “Total Points of the Championship Game” as a tie-breaker.

Bracket View

Smart bracket interface makes it easy to pick’em. Swipe or scroll the bracket to pick games in any Region or the Final Four. Save or edit your picks by using the lock/unlock button.
